Common use of Possessory Interest Tax Clause in Contracts

Possessory Interest Tax. The parties do not intend hereby to establish a possessory interest. In the event, however, that it is determined that this MOU creates a possessory interest subject to property taxation, the Foundation agrees to pay any such levied tax.
