Common use of Possible Extension of Term Clause in Contracts

Possible Extension of Term. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Company during the Term, the Council shall be entitled by written notice to the Company given not less than twelve (12) Months prior to the Expiry Date for the relevant Service to extend the Term for (as applicable) the Commissioning Services, the General Services and/or the Support Services for the relevant Extension Period(s). The provisions in this Agreement will apply throughout any such extended period.
