Post-Closing Extensions, Renewals, Modifications. If, on or after the Closing Date, any Tenant shall exercise an option or right under an existing Lease to renew the Lease, extend the term of the Lease, or expand its premises, any obligation for tenant improvement allowances and leasing commissions associated with the exercise of such option or right shall be the responsibility of Buyer.
