Post-Closing Instructions. Seller agrees to instruct, or cause its agents or employees to instruct, Buyer or its designee in all phases and aspects of the operation of the Real Property, to disclose to Buyer all information concerning the Property reasonably necessary, convenient or useful to Buyer, which information and instructions are specifically made a part of the Property to be purchased hereunder, and to hold itself and its agents, servants, representatives, and employees available until the Closing Date and from time to time thereafter in order to supply any additional information requested by Buyer regarding the operation, maintenance, or management of the Property.
Post-Closing Instructions. After the date of this Assignment, if Assignor receives any payments or other amounts in respect of the Loan Documents, it shall promptly remit the dollar amount of such payment or other amounts to Assignee.
