Common use of Post-Closing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Post-Closing Obligations. After the Closing, Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate with one another at reasonable times and on reasonable conditions and shall execute and deliver such instruments and documents as may be necessary in order fully to carry out the intent and purposes of the transactions contemplated hereby. Except for such instruments and documents as the parties were originally obligated to deliver by the terms of this Contract, such cooperation shall be without additional cost or liability.
