Post Construction Repair Work. The Proponent shall be entitled to conduct post construction repair work provided that: (a) the County has approved the post construction road condition inspection report and the proposed repair work, with or without modifications, in accordance with Section 6 (b) of this agreement; (c) all Post Construction Repair Work is carried out in accordance with the latest version of the applicable Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS's) and the Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD's); (d) all Repair Work complies with the requirements of Sections 4 of this Agreement; and (e) all repair work carried out shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the County and/or its agent(s).
