POST-CONTRACT FIELD CONDITIONS. The Contractor shall compare its field measurements and observations with the Contract Documents and any other information before commencing the Work. The Contractor shall promptly report any recognized errors, inconsistencies or omissions to the Owner. If the Contractor fails to report to the Owner any recognized errors, inconsistencies or omissions, the Contractor shall be liable to the Owner for damages resulting therefrom.
