Post Design Services. The Consultant shall provide engineering support as necessary which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Post Design Services. Post Design Services may include, but are not limited to; meetings, construction assistance, providing interpretations and clarifications, shop drawing and product submittal review and record drawings. Post Design Services are not intended for instances of CONSULTANT errors and/or omissions.

Post Design Services. The CONSULTANT will provide post design services as an optional service. This will include responses to RFI’s and review of shop drawings. The CONSULTANT shall attend construction meetings as requested. The CONSULTANT shall conduct pre-construction and post-construction surveys as deemed necessary through the regulatory permitting process and permit specific conditions.

Providing Recommendations There are many ways to design most projects when hiring a consultant to look at “options” for you to resolve complex problems. We understand this and will work with your staff to identify options, determine the pros and cons of each and provide you with a recommendation. The City will have the final say in which option is selected and we will execute this option. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Quality Control is a critical component of all projects. Without it the chances for errors, problems and project cost go up. We recognize this at Sunrise. Our standard procedure as outlined in our company-wide written and published Quality Control Plan for all deliverables requires a qualified senior engineer (third-party check) and review of all documents and supporting data in their final format before they are submitted to the Client. Post Design Services. The CONSULTANT will provide the CLIENT up to 30 hours of design services throughout the construction process to clarify design elements on the project. Such services consist of: Responding to RFIs and other questions from the contractor; Attending one (1) pre-construction conference prior to construction; Prepare revised drawing, supplemental specifications, or special provisions for the Addenda to the Bid Documents; Assist CLIENT in the review of bid documents
Post Design Services. The CLIENT has estimated the construction duration at fourteen (14) months. The CONSULTANT will attend one (1) pre-construction meeting and up to twelve (12) site construction meetings to review any RFI or construction related issues. In addition, one (1) substantial inspection (punch list) and two (2) follow-up inspections of contractor’s resolution to listed items will be conducted. During attendance at the construction meetings, the CONSULTANT’S staff will also document on-site observations for general conformance with the contract documents. A Field Observation report and photographs will be provided for each construction site visit made. Attendance for additional meetings or additional reviews will be charged on a Time and Materials basis. The CONSULTANT will also provide Shop Drawing reviews for site/civil related documents; address the Contractor’s Request for Information (RFI) and associated proposed resolution and assist the CLIENT in reviewing the Contractor pay application related to site/civil components of the pay request. Permit completion and transfer certifications by the Engineer of Record are included in this scope of services. Additional construction time may warrant a supplemental scope of services to complete supplemental tasks. The CONSULTANT will prepare Record Drawings based on As-Built Drawings prepared and provided by the contractor. Additional Record Drawing updates caused by contractor and/or surveyors incomplete information will be considered additional services. As-Built Drawing and Survey must be prepared by the contractor or the contractor’s licensed surveyor in accordance with permitting agency specifications. The CONSULTANT will assist the OWNER in preparing the Engineer of Record completion certifications to the permitting agencies including Southwest Florida Water Management District, FDEP, City of Brooksville and Hernando County, as applicable. Phase IV is a feasibility review performed by the design team for relocating the ▇▇▇▇▇ port and holding cells into the areas currently use by facilities on the ground floor. The CONSULTANTS scope for this phase is limited to providing a schematic level drawing and associated narrative for the civil components of the proposed action. The schematic and narrative will be based on readily available building and site information; therefore, no additional survey, geotechnical or other supporting documentation will be collected for this review. Post Design Services. The Consultant’s compensation for work on Phase III, Post-Design Services (PDS), shall begin after the ADOT Board approves the Construction contract and shall be at specific hourly rates (direct labor, overhead and fixed fee) plus FAR-allowable direct expenses approved by the Department. Rates may be subject to negotiation prior to execution of this phase. Identification of personnel within each classification may be required by ADOT. Authorization for Post-Design Services shall be executed by a Contract Modification.
