Post-Effective Date Ownership. Unless otherwise agreed, following the Effective Date, (a) any Pool Aircraft registered in a country which has (i) ratified the Geneva Convention and (ii) not Ratified the Cape Town Convention and (b) any Pool Aircraft registered in a country which has ratified neither the Geneva Convention nor the Cape Town Convention, shall be Owned by the Irish Subsidiary Borrower or a Designated Borrower organized under the laws of Ireland.
