Common use of Post-Employment Benefits Clause in Contracts

Post-Employment Benefits. A. If Employee’s employment is terminated by (x) Aramark for any reason other than Cause or (y) Employee for Good Reason (each, as defined in the attached Schedule A), in each case other than within two years following a Change of Control (as defined in the attached Schedule A), then subject to Article 6.D below, Employee shall be entitled to the following post-employment payments and benefits:

If Employee’s employment is terminated (i) by Aramark for any reason other than Cause or (ii) solely in the case of the benefits described in Article 6.A.2.a, either (x) by Aramark for any reason other than Cause or (y) by Employee for Good Reason (each, as defined in any reason after the attached Schedule A), in each case other than within two years following a Change first anniversary of Control Employee’s Hire Date (as defined in the attached Schedule Abelow), then subject to Article 6.D below, Employee shall be entitled to the following post-employment payments and benefits:
