Common use of Post-Employment Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Post-Employment Restrictions. You remain legally bound by, and must comply with the terms, conditions and restrictions of, the non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality and other post-employment provisions set forth in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Employment Agreement, which survive the cessation of your employment and are hereby incorporated by reference.

Post-Employment Restrictions. You remain legally bound by, and must comply with the terms, conditions and restrictions of, the return of property, confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality solicitation, intellectual property, arbitration and other post-employment provisions set forth in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 7 through 12 of the Employment Agreement, which survive the cessation of your employment and the termination of your Employment Agreement, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
