Post-Installation Services. If Seller is providing any paid services after installation, Seller and Buyer will enter into an iHydrant Service Agreement which sets forth Seller’s warranty of services.

Post-Installation Services. OSC will compensate the Contractor for post-installation support services on an hourly basis in accordance with the telephone and on-site post-installation support rates stated in Attachment 3. If on-site post-installation support is required, OSC will pay the Contractor the on-site post- installation support rate plus the cost of travel, per this Section III(B). If the Contractor encounters defective hardware or other components not listed on Attachment 2 (OSC Equipment), the Contractor shall inform OSC of such defective hardware and, if the hardware or components are less than $300, upon OSC’s preapproval, acquire and replace such hardware with functioning components. The Contractor may request reimbursement for the costs of such replaced hardware with their monthly invoice. Reimbursement requests must be accompanied by documentation supporting the cost invoiced to OSC.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
