Common use of Post-Judgment Obligations Clause in Contracts

Post-Judgment Obligations. If your matter involves obtaining a judgment and the Firm obtains a judgment for you, the Firm will only be responsible for those post judgment obligations you expressly request in writing that the Firm undertakes and which the Firm agrees in writing to undertake, for which you will be obligated to compensate the Firm under the terms of this Agreement. This includes recording abstracts, filing judgment liens and calendaring renewals of judgments.
