Post Marketing Clinical Trials. Subject to the provision of this Agreement, the Parties shall comply with any clinical trials obligations with respect to a Marketing Approval with respect to any Licensed Product use in the Field in any country in the Territory, imposed by applicable Law, pursuant to the Approvals or required by a Regulatory Authority.
