POST PERFORMANCE TESTS ALTERATIONS. (a) If Contractor alters the setting, configuration or the like of the Binary Plant during or after the successful completion of a Performance Test in a manner that would materially affect the integrity of such Performance Test, save where such alteration is part of the normal operating practice of the Binary Plant or is approved/waived by Owner in its reasonable discretion, then the results of such affected successful Performance Test shall, at the option of Owner, be invalidated. (b) Contractor shall notify Owner of any defects in the Binary Plant discovered during the conduct of any Performance Test.
