Post Price Adjustments. This paragraph shall be applicable to price adjustments that either (i) are expected to exceed $50,000; or (ii) arise in connection with a Contract with a base sum in excess of $1,000,000. In addition to the records required pursuant to paragraph (b) above, if pricing of an adjustment under this Contract is not agreed upon between the parties prior to the commencement of work for which the pricing adjustment is requested, the Contractor and any subcontractor engaged in work for which the pricing adjustment is requested, shall maintain accounts and original cost records specifically segregated and identified by job order or other appropriate accounting categories that the Contracting Officer approves for all incurred, segregable costs related to the work for which the pricing adjustment is requested.
