Post-program Evaluation Description. The post-program evaluation includes: (a) the completion of a survey on the Program and Project outcomes; (b) the participation in information sessions on community transportation to report on the Recipient’s experiences and lessons learnt from the Project, and to provide suggestions for potential changes to the Program administration; and (c) any other items the Province may request be included at the Province’s sole discretion.
