The Post-Project Impact Report clause requires the preparation and submission of a formal report evaluating the outcomes and effects of a project after its completion. Post-Project Impact Report. The Project Participants shall continue to submit to KIC LE, not later than until 31 March of each calendar year and for the duration of five (5) years after the end of the last year in which Funding is provided by KIC LE for the Project, an annual report on the impact of the project (“Post-Project Impact Report”). The Post-Project Impact Report shall be a limited set of information allowing to assess (a) the impact of the Project, basically as per the EIT impact key per- formance indicators including turnover and jobs created, and (b) the fulfilment of post-Project obligations of the Project Participants, if any, in each case as may be reasonably requested by KIC LE.
