Common use of Post-Registration Opinion Clause in Contracts

Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Owner will cause Xxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Owner, each Pass Through Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.

Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Owner Lessee will cause Xxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to OwnerLessee, each Pass Through Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.
