Common use of Post-Registration Opinion Clause in Contracts

Post-Registration Opinion. Promptly upon the registration of the Aircraft and the recordation of the FAA Filed Documents pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx, special counsel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to deliver to Lessee, each Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee a favorable opinion or opinions addressed to each of them with respect to such registration and recordation.

Post-Registration Opinion.
