Common use of Post Resignation Meeting Clause in Contracts

Post Resignation Meeting. An employee who resigns may request a meeting with an Employer representative to state the reasons for their resignation. If an employee requests such a meeting, the Employer representative shall comply within ten (10) calendar days.

Post Resignation Meeting. 49.01 An employee who resigns may request a meeting with an Employer representative at least two (2) members of the Board of Directors to state the reasons for their resignation.
