Post-Separation Transition Sample Clauses

Post-Separation Transition. During the three-month period following the Separation Date, and from time to time after that as may be necessary, Executive agrees to cooperate in good faith with the Company regarding reasonable transitional assistance that may be requested by the Company, including but not limited to (i) answering questions about matters relating to the business of the Company or its affiliates as to which Executive has knowledge, and (ii) forwarding to an appropriate person designated by the Company any email, voicemail message or other communication received by Executive after the Separation Date that relates to the Company, its affiliates, or their respective businesses. The Company agrees to make reasonable efforts to minimize the burden on Executive with regard to the foregoing transitional activities, including scheduling telephone calls and meetings at times and locations that are reasonably convenient for Executive.
