Common use of Post-Termination Product Sales Clause in Contracts

Post-Termination Product Sales. In the event of the cancellation or termination of any license rights with respect to a Product prior to the expiration of this Agreement, inventory of the Product may be sold for up to six (6) months after date of termination, provided royalties are paid thereon.
