Postal Disruption. Despite section A17.2(a), in the event of a postal disruption: (a) Notice by postage-prepaid mail will not be deemed to be given; and (b) the Party giving Notice will give Notice by email, personal delivery, or fax.

Postal Disruption. Despite paragraph A.18.2(a), in the event of a postal disruption:
Postal Disruption. Despite Section 13.2, following the occurrence and during the continuation of a postal disruption: (a) notice by registered mail shall not be deemed to be given or received; and (b) the Party giving notice shall give notice by e-mail, personal delivery, courier, or fax.

Section 12.02 Time of the Essence Time shall be of the essence of this Indenture. Section 12.03 Counterparts The Indenture may be executed in several counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to be dated as of the date hereof . Delivery of an executed copy of the Indenture by electronic facsimile transmission or other means of electronic communication capable of producing a printed copy will be deemed to be execution and delivery of this Indenture as of the date hereof . Postal Disruption. In the event of a postal disruption, any notice to be given by mailing shall, in the case of notice to the Corporation or the Trustee, be deemed to be validly given if personally delivered to a responsible officer of such party and, in the case of notice to the holders of Units, shall be deemed to be validly given if given in any manner acceptable to the Trustee.
