Common use of Postal Interruption Clause in Contracts

Postal Interruption. If, by reason of a strike, lockout or other work stoppage, actual or threatened, involving Canadian postal employees, a notice to be given to the Subscription Receipt Agent or to the Corporation hereunder could reasonably be considered unlikely to reach or likely to be delayed in reaching its destination, the notice will be valid and effective only if it is delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed. Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Postal Interruption. If, by reason of a strike, lockout or other work stoppage, actual or threatened, involving Canadian postal employees, a notice to be given to the Subscription Receipt Agent Trustee or to the Corporation Company hereunder could reasonably be considered unlikely to reach or likely to be delayed in reaching its destination, the notice will be valid and effective only if it is delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed. Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

If, by reason of a strike, lockout or other work stoppage, actual or threatened, involving Canadian postal employees, a notice to be given to the Corporation, Austpro, the Subscription Receipt Agent or to the Corporation Agents hereunder could reasonably be considered unlikely to reach or likely to be delayed in reaching its destination, the notice will be valid and effective only if it is delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed. Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

If, by reason of a strike, lockout or other work stoppage, actual or threatened, involving Canadian postal employees, a notice to be given to the FT Subscription Receipt Agent Agent, Altitude, PSSI, Salman or to the Corporation hereunder could reasonably be considered unlikely to reach or likely to be delayed in reaching its destination, the notice will be valid and effective only if it is delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed. Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

If, by reason of a strike, lockout or other work stoppage, actual or threatened, involving Canadian postal employees, a notice to be given to the Subscription Receipt Agent Agent, to the Lead Underwriters or to the Corporation hereunder could reasonably be considered unlikely to reach or likely to be delayed in reaching its destination, the notice will be valid and effective only if it is delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed. Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.

Any notice delivered in accordance with the foregoing will be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery to such officer.
