Postdispositional Proceeding. A postdispositional proceeding is any appointment in a juvenile court proceeding to represent a person at a court or CRB review hearing and shelter care hearings held after the original disposition. It does not include probation violation proceedings or family unity meetings. Probation violation proceedings are a separate category under delinquency.
