Posting-Closing Matters. The Company covenants and agrees that promptly, and in any event within the time allotted to the Company pursuant to Annex IV, deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent, as applicable, each of the agreements, instruments and other documents (each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent, as applicable) set forth on Annex IV, or otherwise satisfy, those items set forth on Annex IV.
