Posting of Approved Electronic Communications. (a) The Borrower hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Administrative Agent or unless the electronic mail address referred to below has not been provided by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower, that it will, or will cause its Subsidiaries to, provide to the Administrative Agent all information, documents and other materials that it is obligated to furnish to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents or to the Lenders under Section 7.1.1, including all notices, requests, financial statements, financial and other reports, certificates and other information materials, but excluding any such communication that (i) is or relates to a Borrowing Request, a Continuation/Conversion Notice or an Issuance Request, (ii) relates to the payment of any principal or other amount due under this Agreement prior to the scheduled date therefor and (iii) provides notice of any Default (all such non-excluded communications being referred to herein collectively as “Communications”), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium that is properly identified in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to an electronic mail address as directed by the Administrative Agent; provided for the avoidance of doubt the items described in clauses (i) and (iii) above may be delivered via facsimile transmissions. In addition, the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

In addition, the Borrower Company agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent Agents or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the such Administrative Agent.

In addition, the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Credit Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

In addition, the each of Holdings and each Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

In addition, the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

In addition, the Borrower agreesBorrowers agree, and the Cayman Borrower agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.. 105

In addition, the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

(ad) The Parent Borrower hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Administrative Agent or unless the electronic mail address referred to below has not been provided by the Administrative Agent to the Parent Borrower, that it will, or will cause its Subsidiaries to, provide to the Administrative Agent all information, documents and other materials that it is obligated to furnish to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents or to the Lenders under Section 7.1.1, including all notices, requests, financial statements, financial and other reports, certificates and other information materials, but excluding any such communication that (i) is or relates to a Borrowing Request, a Continuation/Conversion Notice or an Issuance Request, (ii) relates to the payment of any principal or other amount due under this Agreement prior to the scheduled date therefor and (iii) provides notice of any Default (all such non-excluded communications being referred to herein collectively as “Communications”), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium that is properly identified in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to an electronic mail address as directed by the Administrative Agent; provided for the avoidance of doubt the items described in clauses (i) and (iii) above may be delivered via facsimile transmissions. In addition, the Parent Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

In addition, the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.

(a) The Each of the Parent and the Borrower hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Administrative Agent or unless the electronic mail address referred to below has not been provided by the Administrative Agent to the Parent or the Borrower, as the case may be, that it each will, or will cause its their respective Subsidiaries to, provide to the Administrative Agent all information, documents and other materials that it each is obligated to furnish to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents or to the Lenders under Section 7.1.17.1, including all notices, requests, financial statements, financial and other reports, certificates and other information materials, but excluding any such communication that (i) is or relates to a Borrowing Request, a Continuation/Conversion Notice or an Issuance Request, (ii) relates to the payment of any principal or other amount due under this Agreement prior to the scheduled date therefor and therefor, (iii) provides notice of any Default or Event of Default under this Agreement or any other Loan Document or (iv) is required to be delivered to satisfy any condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement and/or any Borrowing or other extension of credit hereunder (all such non-excluded communications being referred to herein collectively as “"Communications”"), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium that is properly identified in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to an electronic mail address as directed by the Administrative Agent; provided for the avoidance of doubt the items described in clauses (i) and (iii) above may be delivered via facsimile transmissions. In addition, each of the Parent and the Borrower agrees, and agrees to cause its their respective Subsidiaries, to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the Loan Documents but only to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent.
