Common use of Posting of Approved Electronic Communications Clause in Contracts

Posting of Approved Electronic Communications. Each of the Revolving Lenders, each L/C Issuer and each Credit Party agree that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Revolving Lenders and the L/C Issuers, if any, by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on DebtDomain, IntralinksTM or a substantially similar electronic Approved Electronic Platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

Each of the Revolving Lenders, each L/C Issuer the Issuers, the Borrowers and each Credit Party the MLP agree that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Revolving Lenders and the L/C Issuers, if any, Issuers by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on DebtDomain, IntralinksTM SyndTrak Online or a substantially similar electronic Approved Electronic Platform platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

(a) Each of the Revolving Lenders, each L/C Issuer Banks and each Credit Party Borrower agree that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Revolving Lenders and the L/C Issuers, if any, Banks by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on DebtDomain, IntralinksTM IntraLinksTM or a substantially similar electronic Approved Electronic Platform platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

Each of the Revolving Lenders, the Issuers and Holdings and Borrower agree, and Borrower shall cause each L/C Issuer and each Credit Party agree Subsidiary Guarantor to agree, that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Revolving Lenders and the L/C Issuers, if any, Issuers by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on DebtDomainIntraLinks™, IntralinksTM SyndTrak or a substantially similar electronic Approved Electronic Platform platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).
