The Company hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Collateral Agent, that it will provide to the Agent all information, documents and other materials that it is obligated to furnish to the Collateral Agent and the Holders pursuant to the Notes (collectively the “Communications”), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium (including .pdfs sent via electronic mail) that is properly identified in a format acceptable to the Collateral Agent to an electronic mail address as directed by the Collateral Agent.
