Posting of Vacancies During Academic Year. During the academic year, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall, within five (5) workdays after a vacancy exists as defined herein, post on the office window in each building written notice of such vacancy for a minimum of seven (7) workdays. At the same time, he/she shall also furnish a copy of the posting to the AEA building reps in each building so they may post said vacancy in additional relevant locations in their respective building, and the Association President shall also be provided a copy of the posting. Bargaining unit members interested in this position must apply during the posting period.
