Postpetition Securitization Program Claims Sample Clauses

Postpetition Securitization Program Claims. Except to the extent that a holder of an allowed Postpetition Securitization Program Claim agrees to less favorable treatment, any claims against the Debtors arising under the Postpetition Securitization Program or the orders approving the Postpetition Securitization Program, to the extent allowed and not contingent, unliquidated, or disputed as of the Plan Effective Date, shall be (a) paid in full in cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Postpetition Securitization Program or (b) consensually amended and extended on the Plan Effective Date into the Exit Securitization Program. On the Plan Effective Date, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, all reasonable and documented fees and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the advisors to the parties to the Postpetition Securitization Program shall be paid in full in cash to the extent required under the final order approving the Postpetition Securitization Program.
