Postponement of General Meeting. The Secretary may postpone any general meeting called in accordance with these Bye-laws if such postponement is given to the Members before the time of such meeting. Fresh notice of the date, time and place for the postponed meeting shall be given to each Member in accordance with these Bye-laws.
