POTENTIAL ACTIVE LEFT Sample Clauses

POTENTIAL ACTIVE LEFT. In the event that the customer does not present the model of accident friendly compilation completed in its entirety (and signed by the counterparty) or, if this is not possible, at least does not fulfill the information obligation as described above together with the completed report of the authorities where it is present and / or does not comply with the other formalities indicated above, the customer remains responsible for the entire value of all damages caused to the car, regardless of the limit charged as a penalty or the signing of CDW damages clauses -SCDW-SKPLUS). In the event of a potentially active claim, the lessor will charge the customer, as a precautionary measure, a quantified sum through a specific technical estimate, pending payment of damages from the insurance company, this circumstance can be eliminated by subscribing the SKPLUS accessory guarantee. Regardless of the cause and the method, in the event of any damage (even if minimal), which occurred to the vehicle, the customer is obliged to immediately inform the counter staff of the office where the vehicle was picked up, and to issue a detailed written statement regarding the events that have occurred. Otherwise, the customer can not be released from the relative contractual obligation, even if he has signed one of the CDW-SCDW-SKPLUS damages clauses. In addition, the customer will be charged for damages caused to the vehicle, in addition to the technical shutdown, or a sum determined according to the official rates in force, equal to the amount due if the rental continued for a period equal to the time necessary for the execution of the repairs and the finding spare parts.
