Potential Cost Reductions. At either Party’s request during the Term, the Parties shall discuss and explore potential means of collaborating to reduce the overall costs of manufacture and supply of Products as drug substance or bulk drug product under this Agreement, with the understanding that the Parties shall share the financial benefits of any such cost reductions achieved in a reasonable manner taking into account to what extent each Party has contributed to such cost reductions.
