Potential Differences in Supply/Manufacturing Needs on an Alliance Product by Alliance Product Basis. The provisions of Sections 9.2-9.5 inclusive shall apply in respect of each Alliance Product save where the Parties mutually agree otherwise to amend and/or supplement such terms for any Alliance Product. Any such mutually agreed terms would then form part of the Specific Alliance Product Development & Commercialization Appendix for such Alliance Product.
