Common use of Potential Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Potential Invalidity. Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Secured Liabilities), nor the Security created by this Debenture shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant, obligation or Security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000.

Potential Invalidity. Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Secured Liabilities), nor the Security created by this Debenture Agreement shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant, obligation or Security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000law.

Potential Invalidity. Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Secured Liabilities), nor the Security created by this Debenture shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant, obligation or Security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000law.

Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Pay Secured Liabilities), ) nor the Security obligation to pay interest pursuant to Clause 2.3 (Interest) nor the security created by this Debenture Deed shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.2, cause such covenant, obligation covenant or Security security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000law.

Potential Invalidity. 2.3 Neither the covenant to pay in Clause 2.1 (Covenant to pay Secured Liabilities), nor the Security created by this Debenture Assignation shall extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this Clause 2.22.3, cause such covenant, obligation or Security to be unlawful under any applicable law or would if it were so included, cause the infringement of section 678 of the Companies Xxx 0000law.
