Common use of Potential Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Potential Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, then (a) such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and (b) the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected and all such provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
