Common use of POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS Clause in Contracts

POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create any contractual relation between PHC and any subcontractors to the Grantee, and no subcontract shall relieve the Grantee of its responsibilities and obligations hereunder. The Grantee agrees to be as fully responsible to PHC for any and all acts and omissions of its subcontractors and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by the Grantee. The Grantee’s obligation to pay its subcontractors is an obligation independent from PHC’s obligation to disburse funds to the Grantee. As a result, PHC shall have no obligation to pay or to enforce the payment of any money to any subcontractor.
