POWER AND OTHER SHORE SERVICES. 4.1 In addition to the Licence Fee, the Customer shall pay the monthly Outgoings invoiced by the Manager within five (5) Working Days of receiving the invoice (time being of the essence). The obligation to pay the Outgoings is an essential term of the Agreement. 4.2 The Customer shall ensure that the use of any power, water, sewage, pump or other shore service, complies with the Agreement and all relevant bylaws, rules, regulations and legislation governing the supply or discharge of power, water, sewage or other shore services.
