Common use of Power; Authority Clause in Contracts

Power; Authority. The execution, delivery and performance by the Lessee of this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party are within the Lessee's power and have been duly authorized by all necessary action, and this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which Lessee is a party have been duly executed and delivered by the duly authorized Manager of the Lessee.
