Common use of Power Coupled with Interest Clause in Contracts

Power Coupled with Interest. It is expressly intended by each Limited Partner that the power of attorney granted by Section 15.01 hereof is coupled with an interest, shall be irrevocable, and shall survive and not be affected by the subsequent disability or incapacity of such Limited Partner (or if such Limited Partner is a corporation, partnership, trust, association, limited liability company or other legal entity, by the dissolution or termination thereof).
