Power Distribution Poles. The Developer agrees to pay the full cost difference between steel electric power distribution poles and the cost of wood electric power distribution poles for the Project frontage. If the Project frontage is along both sides of the public road, the Developer agrees to pay the full cost difference between steel electric power distribution poles and the cost of wood electric power distribution poles for the Project. If the Project is only along one side of the public road, the Developer agrees to pay one-half the cost of the difference between steel electric power distribution poles and the cost of wood electric power distribution poles for the Project frontage.
