POWER MARKET TRANSACTIONS. MAEM will enter into third party bilateral contracts, forward sales, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and other transactions in connection with the sale of the Products. The gains and losses arising from such financial products will be borne by the Project Companies, and therefore the costs of such transactions, including without limitation, purchased power costs, transmission costs, third party broker costs, transaction fees and incremental credit costs, and revenues related to such activities will be charged to or paid to the Project Companies.
