Mortgagor does hereby designate Mortgagee as the agent of Mortgagor to act in the name, place, and stead of Mortgagor for the purpose of taking any and all actions deemed by Mortgagee necessary for the realization by Mortgagee of the benefits of the assignment of production provided herein, recognizing such agency in favor of Mortgagee to be coupled with the interests of Mortgagee under this Deed of Trust and, thus, irrevocable so long as this Deed of Trust is in force and effect.
