POWER OF DEBENTURE TRUSTEE TO EMPLOY AGENTS. The Debenture Trustee may, in carrying out the trust business employ and pay any Persons or concur in transacting any business and do or concur in doing all acts required to be done by the Debenture Trustee, including the receipt and payment of moneys and shall be entitled to charge and be paid all usual professional and other charges for business transacted and acts done by them in connection with the trusts hereof and also their reasonable charges in addition to the expenses incurred by them in connection with matters arising out of or in connection with these presents.
