Common use of Power of Officers Clause in Contracts

The officers of Borrower executing this Agreement, the Notes, the Security Agreement, and any certificate, instrument or agreement required to be delivered by Borrower hereunder or thereunder have been duly elected or appointed and were fully authorized to execute the same at the time such agreement, certificate or instrument was executed.
