Power of Owner. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, no provision contained herein shall in any manner diminish or usurp the inherent rights and powers of Owner to act in its capacity as a public body. Further, nothing herein shall relieve Manager from complying with all applicable laws, regulations and/or other governmental requirement.
