Power of the TRA Representative; Reliance by Corporation. A decision, act, consent, or instruction of the TRA Representative shall constitute a decision of all TRA Holders and shall be final, binding and conclusive upon each TRA Holder. The Corporation may rely upon any decision, act, consent, or instruction of the TRA Representative as being the decision, act, consent, or instruction of each TRA Holder.
