Power Requirements Studies Sample Clauses
The Power Requirements Studies clause defines the process and obligations for assessing the electrical power needs of a project or facility. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting the study, the standards or methodologies to be used, and the timeline for completion. For example, it may require the contractor to analyze anticipated equipment loads and submit a detailed report to the owner for approval. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the project's power demands, thereby preventing future disputes or delays related to inadequate power supply.
